About Brent Fields:
Brent has over thirty years of executive leadership experience and his professional work history includes service in the areas of education, healthcare, research, and social services. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan's - the umbrella organization with oversight for the Morgan's "family" of Ultra-Accessible, fully-inclusive endeavors designed with individuals with disabilities in mind and built for everyone's enjoyment.
In addition to world-renowned Morgan's Wonderland theme park, the Morgan's enterprise includes Inspiration Island splash park, Sports complex, Camp, and the Multi-Assistance Center The Presidents of these entities and other senior executive officers (finance, operations, marketing and development) within Morgan's report directly to Fields.
Brent has been described as a passionate, energetic, dynamic leader who thinks strategically and implements tactically with proven success around achieving an organizational mission. He excels in a fast-paced and high-profile work environment, while building a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. With his proven leadership experience and expertise, the organization expects to continue the tremendous growth they've experienced over the past decade and pursue even more ventures that benefit those with and without disabilities on a statewide, national and international level. He joins a terrific team dedicated to achieving their mission of inclusion.
Formal education and professional training includes a Bachelors degree in Speech, a Masters degree in Education, a Clinical Education Residency, a Certification in Health Promotion Management, Graduate Portfolio Program in Nonprofit Studies, and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy.
